The contract by the Naval Sea Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare
Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Command,
Office of Naval Research, or the United States Marine Corps, 7D will provide services that potentially span the entire spectrum of mission areas and technical capabilities supported by the Department of the Navy (DON)
ordering activities. Services within the 2 Categories (engineering & program management) with 23 functional area subcategories identified may be
performed under this contract for new and existing product areas, programs, or missions, which are assigned to these activities during the life of the contract. This contract, known as SeaPort- Next Generation (SeaPort-NxG) does not allow for the direct procurement of supplies or hardware. Any material or products ordered shall be incidental and in direct support of performed services (for example, small scale testing equipment, prototypes, or spares.)
U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) SOCOM Wide Mission Support – Group B (SWMS-B) contract. The contract has a 5-year ordering period and a ceiling value of $450M. Work on the SWMS-B contract will support SOCOM headquarters elements and all four components: U.S. Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), Naval Special Warfare Command (NAVSPEC WARCOM), Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC), and Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC). The SWMS-B contract provides education and training including combat modeling, exercise planning/execution, cultural and language support, translation services and mission rehearsal; and program management and administrative services as subject matter experts that includes writing position and concept papers, policy reports and other materials. Seventh Dimension is non-exclusive and is currently on multiple SWMS-B teams.
Department of the Army, Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) contract. RS3 is a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Performance Based Services Contract that provides customized best value solutions to a diverse group of organizations that span the spectrum of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) mission requirements throughout the world. RS3 has a $37.4B ceiling with a 10-year ordering period (five-year base ordering period and five-year optional ordering period). RS3 primary service areas include but are not limited to Engineering; Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E); Logistics; Acquisition and Strategic Planning; Education and Training Services.

One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) – Small Business (SB) Pool 1 Contract. OASIS has a 10-year period of performance and has no program spending ceiling. Additionally, OASIS offers an innovative tiered access fee, ranging from 0.1 percent – 0.75 percent based on obligation level. The GSA OASIS contract supports government agencies in acquiring complex hybrid program management, management consulting, financial, logistics, engineering and scientific professional services. Seventh Dimension is non-exclusive and is currently on multiple OASIS teams to include 8(a), HUBZone and SDVOSB direct awards.
